ACE Off-Site Activities Booklet

By now you should have received some information about ACE in the mail.

We have sent you some forms to complete and send back to us.
 
There are forms for you to choose your activities, order some merchandise, tell us about your health, order your polo shirt and if you are from interstate or overseas a form to book airport/train station transfers.

I have made two booklets for you to help you choose your activities and also to choose what merchandise you would like.  You can access these on the right hand side of this page.

The due date for the Polo Shirt Order Form is 31 July 2009

The due date for the Activity Choice Form, Health Form, Merchandise Order Form and Transfer Booking Form is 31 August 2009

The due date for final payments of your ACE Fee is 30 September 2009
